Debbie Brown is the Director, Research, at Emergenetics International and an Emergenetics Master Associate. She has facilitated hundreds of workshops with educators, business leaders and L&D professionals, empowering them to use Thinking and Behavioral insights to improve curriculum design, strengthen leadership skills and create engaging work environments.
Debbie is also responsible for creating the research and development procedures and techniques to assess the impact of Emergenetics curriculum and workshops in schools and workplaces across the globe.
Prior to joining Emergenetics, Debbie served in education for 34 years as a classroom teacher, principal and building administrator. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Bloomburg University of Pennsylvania, her Master of Arts in Supervision and Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Doctorate in Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Denver.
