Can I upgrade/downgrade at any time?

Yes! Upgrades will happen immediately, while downgrades will occur automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, you'll be able to use your own domain to host all public events pages (registration, room, replay, etc.).

Custom domains are available on our Premium plan.

What is included in the 14-day free trial?

The free trial has all the features included in our Growth plan, but is limited to 20 attendees and a 1-hour session limit.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely! If you’re not happy with Demio, you can request to cancel your subscription at any time and your account will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.

Do you offer breakout rooms?

Not at this time! Currently, there's no way to easily break up a Demio webinar session into smaller meeting groups.

Do you offer support?

Yes, we are obsessed with providing you a great user experience with both the platform and customer service after your purchase. You will find active support in the platform via Email, Live Chat, and a Knowledge Base. Our support will be around the clock to make sure we respond to you as quickly as humanly possible.

What's the difference between a Host, Presenter, and Moderator?

Hosts have the ability to start, run, and stop sessions, while also having all of the permissions of a Presenter. In order to host multiple sessions simultaneously, you will need multiple Hosts on your account.

You can invite up to 15 Presenters & Moderators for each event. These invited Admins will get a unique join link, and they can join from anywhere in the world without requiring any kind of Demio account access.

Presenters will have permission to share any media, as well as moderate chat and attendees. Moderators, on the hand, will only be able to moderate chat and attendees.

What is a standard vs premium integration?

Premium integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Salesforce Pardot, which can only be connected on the Premium plan.

All other native integrations are considered standard integrations and are available across all of our plans, including Zapier, which connects with thousands of marketing apps.

How many people can be on stage?

The amount of people on stage depends on which plan you have:

  • Starter supports up to 4 people on stage
  • Growth supports up to 6 people on stage
  • Premium supports up to 10 people on stage
  • Unlimited support up to 15 people on stage

Only people on stage can share their devices (microphone, camera, screen), but you can easily rotate people on & off the stage.

What's the largest room size available?

Right now, the largest room size we offer is 3,000 attendees. This room size is available on our Premium Plan. Current customers can upgrade within their account via the billing area. If you are not yet a Demio customer, you can sign up here.

Is there a session-length limit?

Yes, we have a session-length limit for each plan: Starter plan (3-hour limit), Growth plan (8-hour limit), and Premium plan (10-hour limit).

Our free trial plan has a session-length time of 1 hour.

What does room size mean?

Your webinar room size is the limit of attendees that can be on a webinar at any one given time. If your room size is 50 attendees, you can never have more than 50 people in the room at one time; if an attendee leaves, that spot opens up for someone else to join.

Will there be training on how to use Demio?

Yes! We have created an entire knowledge base, a getting started video, and we’ll also personally 1-on-1 onboard you with a demo if you want it. Not to mention, Demio is also incredibly intuitive and easy to use!

Do you offer Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Yes we do! SSO is only available with select plans. Contact us to learn more about SSO and how you can get access to this feature.

How does host based pricing work?

Hosts have the ability to start, run, and stop sessions, while also having all of the permissions of a Presenter. You need multiple hosts on your account In order to host simultaneous sessions. You may change who is the host in your account at any time.

TLDR: Buy more hosts if you need to run more than one event simultaneously.
👉 Our starter plans are limited to one host, meaning you cannot run simultaneous events on our starter plan.

👉 Our Growth plans can have up to five hosts, meaning you can run up to five simultaneous events on our Growth plan.

What is Boost?

Boost is our newest Demio add-on product. It allows your registrants to help increase signups by promoting your event or webinar to their social networks. Demio users can join with a 14-day free trial. At the end of 14 days from activation, you will automatically begin a paid Boost term with the same frequency as your Demio account (annual or monthly).
