First things first, you will be able to continue to use Demio without any interruption in service. We know how important digital communication is becoming during this pandemic, and we are doing everything in our power to keep things running smoothly. Thankfully, we have (and always have) operated as a remote team at Demio since day one, with team members all over the world. This is normal for us and nothing has changed in terms of our operating procedure.
That being said, we know we're in a unique situation, and many organizations are not quite as lucky. Many businesses, schools, and other organizations are quickly pivoting to digital, live-communication platforms, such as Demio, in order to continue operating.
Due to this substantial increase in usage, our support inquires initially grew over 100% in less than a week. As a smaller, bootstrapped team, we're doing our best to make sure we're providing customers with the high quality service that we've always delivered, but it's not easy.
We love our customers, and we will absolutely be here for you at all times; however, we expect our response times to be a bit slower than usual. We apologize in advance for this.
Additionally, we want to do our part to help. Being in a unique situation where we have a live-communication platform and a fully remote team, we're one of the few companies that can continue to provide a reliable communication solution for all of the organizations and schools that may need help.
